Are your crystals natural and ethically sourced?
We make every effort to work with suppliers who provide natural, high-quality crystals. Product descriptions will specify when items are natural vs. synthetic. If you have a specific question about a product, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
The product I received looks slightly different from the photo, is that normal?
Yes, this can happen especially with natural products like crystals, as each piece is unique. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We always aim to represent our products as accurately as possible.
