Refund policy


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us here.

 


DIGITAL PRODUCTS 

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind. It is very important that you read the product page, title and description thoroughly.

Because the products are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You purchased two of the same product accidentally
    We'll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Just drop us a note here!

  • There is a technical problem with the product
    First, please reach out with specific information about the technical issue. If you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved, please let us knowNote: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created. 

     

     

We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:

  • You (or your client) no longer need the purchased product.

  • You found another product you like better, or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase.

  • You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.

  • You don’t have the correct software (described in the listing) to open and edit the product. Software requirements may be listed one of several ways, including "Compatible with" information below the product screenshot, file type, or product description. 

  • You bought an item on accident, and our system shows that the product was downloaded.

  • You feel that the item is of low quality.

  • You are having trouble downloading the product because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, cannot handle a large download, or similar issues related to your internet service.

  • You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue. 

  • Your product purchase was made over 30 days ago.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of La Sovereign Within.


SERVICES

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At La Sovereign Within, all services are deeply personal and custom-created. Because we begin crafting your experience immediately after your order is placed, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Our services include:

  • Soul Song: a personalized soul reading with custom music composition
  • Custom Subliminal: a personalized 8D audio subliminal with targeted affirmations
  • Soul Song + Custom Subliminal Bundle — a combined experience of both services

 

Delivery Timeframes

All services are delivered within 7 business days of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on current demand volume. You will be notified if additional time is required.

Cancellation Policy

Because your service is custom and begins immediately after purchase:

  • Within 2 hours of purchase: Full refund (100%)
  • Between 2 and 24 hours after purchase: 50% refund
  • More than 24 hours after purchase: No refund. Significant work has already been initiated on your personalized creation.

All cancellation requests must be submitted here and will be reviewed based on the current status of your order. Approval is at our sole discretion.

 

Refund Policy

All services are personalized based on your unique information, energy, and intention. As such, they cannot be resold or transferred.

Refunds are generally not available once work has begun or delivery has occurred.

If there is an error in your delivered service such as: incorrect name or technical issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued for corrections.

If we are unable to deliver your service as described due to an error solely on our part, we may, at our discretion, re-deliver the service or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Payment processor fees may be non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund where permitted by law.

 

Revision Policy

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. 💜

Each service includes one (1) round of minor revisions, requested within 14 days of delivery. Eligible revisions include:

  • Corrections to name or personal details provided at checkout
  • Minor adjustments to affirmations or phrasing (Custom Subliminal)
  • Minor corrections to lyrics or musical details (Soul Song)

Major changes - including style changes, full rewrites, or melody changes - may incur an additional fee, communicated before any work begins.

Revision requests submitted after the 14-day window may be declined or subject to additional charges at our sole discretion.

 

Technical Issues

If you experience any technical difficulty accessing your delivered files, contact us immediately here. We will provide a corrected or replacement file at no charge. No refunds are issued for technical issues.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first  here so we can resolve the situation promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks associated with fraudulent or abusive claims.
